Link building - price?

i am marketing manager at freelance web design/development company, ZDN Computers. I am doing all marketing/ promotion/ link building but in 2 days i am going on operation (ingrown toenail)
and i am afraid i would be able to work for atleats 5-6 days after operation (personal reasons).

I cant stand making company's marketing suffer that long so i decided i will hire one guy i talked on MSN to do some link building (nothing much, maybe 40-50 of back links). I said that i will pay him on completion via PayPal (i will pay only for back-links and blog comments that are actually approved- i will need links to check) and he is ok with that.

Tja da haben wir ja was gemeinsam, ich bin auch krank, auch schon fast 4 Wochen, ich behelfe mich mit Propolis, ein natürliches Antibiotikum, das kann man immer nehmen, denn trinke ich heiße Zitrone mit Schuß.
