Commercial Meter Registration Service ?

I keep getting these people calling ALL the time. They call themselves different names such as: Commercial Energy, Meter Registrations, Meter Registration Service and whatever other name they pull out of thin air for the call. They ring on a daily basis and it's really starting to annoy me! To be honest I'm looking for a telephone number for them, or an address or other contact details so I can annoy them by calling them all them time. Whenever I ask for their contact telephone number they just hang up. Does anybody know who these people actually are or what their postale address is?
