Law of attraction could be harmfull?

I must admit, I have OCD with poor insight, I was very delusional once and I never believed in pseudo science like this on a logical level,but a part of me thought it might be true.

With OCD you cant control your thoughts, they are Obtrusive thoughts which appear whether you like it or not. The problem is - Law of attraction says whatever you think will happen - this made me worry even more because I believed that my obtrusive thoughts would actualise - these obtrusive thoughts are negative of course.
