Starting Outside

Hello fellow smokers and grower's

I live in Central Texas and i just planted seven seeds just from some decent bagweed. There all in medium sized pots and all have sprouted already. They've been in the sun for 2 days now. I want to bring them inside once they get a certain size. when do i need to give them plant food. what do i need to give them for the best results.
