I caused an accident , but it was NOT my fault!?

Today while taking a right turn , i gave the right indicator but as soon as I turned right a boy riding a scooter came from the right but it was too late for me to apply the brakes and the front right portion of the car touched his scooter and he lost balance and he fell down. He did not get hurt in any way leaving apart minor scratches n all....

He was riding at a very high speed and the road was slippery and he did not even have a proper registration number behind his vehicle
