mp4 upload issue Empty mp4 upload issue

Hi

I'm trying to upload an mp4 through the media manager.

I've added mp4 and MP4 to 'legal extensions'
increased the max file size

I keep getting a message saying
{"status":"0","error":"Please input a file for upload"}

Ideas/thoughts?
