Heart conditions and Marijuanna ? Empty Heart conditions and Marijuanna ?

My father has heart disease. Doctors have recommended for By-pass. but, they have delayed it by 2 months due to leakage in mitral valve and lower EF 40 %. By pass not yet done. He often coughs. i wanted to know if any steps should be taken towards it.
