What is the best and cheapest cars to buy?

You can only buy used cars with this kind of money. Altho I think the market in the Philippines will be different from north america so i don't want to venture too much onto what you can get in the used market there.
Perhaps your best bet would be to look in the newspaper or local papers for advertisements on cars for sale. The key is to do alot of research.
