A decrease of traffic, ranking.

Hi - I changed lately the website template, I also modified the main/guest page. I used to have some relevant keywords with links to the appropriate forum. since I made this changes hoping to make my website more user friendly.. the opposite happened Sad

for example I used to google "Morocco Travel Forums" my website used to be listed in the first page: position 2, now it's not found anywhere and same happened to other keywords.
