Weekend Getaway - from Ontario

Hello,

Am looking for suggestions of places that are a reasonable drive or flight away from Toronto or Montreal for a 3-4 day weekend getaway.
Criteria:
- Nice hotel (e.g. four-star),
- Outdoor pool with bar service nearby (i.e. don't want to be fending off 3 year olds for pool time)
- Decent food nearby
- Serene setting where I can go for a run outdoors and then sit down with a mojito and read a book.
Suggestions?
