Changing Surname by Deed Poll (UK)? Empty Changing Surname by Deed Poll (UK)?

Me and my mum want to change our names to her maiden name, she carried on the surname of her ex husband, but we are rightfully "Griffiths".... is this easily changed through deed poll, and if so is it free or do they charge? I am over 18 so I hear that is easier too?
